Shipping Information

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Sweden. If you live outside Sweden, please contact us for more information.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

– Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3 business days

– Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2 business days

– Shipping costs vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. 

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to return
Contact us at norma@normastockholm.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
